Zoë Tweed

Currently in her fourth year at the Royal Academy of Music, Zoë is currently taught by David Pyatt, Richard Watkins and Martin Owen, and previously studied with Katy Woolley and Mike Thompson. She receives natural and baroque horn, and Wagner Tuba lessons with Roger Montgomery. She has attended various music festivals and courses including the London Symphony Orchestra Brass Academy, the Britten-Pears Young Artist Programme, and the London Sinfonietta Academy. She was also a finalist in the Dublin Brass Week Concerto Competition 2019. Zoë is currently on trial for Principal Horn with both the Scottish Chamber Orchestra and the Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra, and other professional experiences include performances with London Sinfonietta and the BBC Symphony Orchestra. Zoë is also the recipient of the Sir Elton John Scholarship from the Royal Academy of Music.
