Irish Violinist Darragh Morgan is a founder member Fidelio Trio. He has appeared as soloist with RTE National Symphony Orchestra, RTE Concert Orchestra, Ulster Orchestra, London Musici, Istanbul Symphony Orchestra, Johannesburg Philharmonic Orchestra and as Director with European Union Chamber Orchestra. As Leader with London Sinfonietta, Ensemble Modern, Les Siecles, Aurora Orchestra, The Philharmonia. Darragh has premiered music by many leading composers: Philip Glass, Arvo Pärt, Judith Weir, Michael Nyman, Ann Cleare, Steve Reich, Sally Beamish, Charlotte Bray and Gerald Barry. He has recorded over 50 solo and chamber music albums for Mode, Delphian, Naxos, NMC, Resonus, Diatribe, Signum. Collaborations with Thomas Ades piano, Emmanuel Pahud flute, John Tilbury piano, Julian Bliss clarinet, Nicholas Daniel oboe. Solo appearances at Shanghai Oriental Arts Centre, Seoul Arts Centre, National Sawdust New York, Wigmore Hall, BBC Proms Chamber Music, Venice Biennale, Huddersfield Contemporary Music Festival.
